Kamal Mody is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000 with his first professional physical therapy degree. He went on to earn his clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2010. The focus of his Doctoral education was evaluation and treatment of craniofacial pain disorders: pain related to the head, face, neck, and shoulders. Dr. Mody has practiced in a variety of settings, including inpatient, skilled nursing, and home health, but his passion has always been outpatient Physical Therapy, where he has the opportunity to practice his differential diagnosis skills and formulate a customized plan of care for his patients, to allow them to return to work, recreation, and personal care. Between 2007 and 2019, Dr. Mody owned and operated his own private outpatient physical therapy practice in Ocala, Florida, serving the needs of the community. Prior to that, he had been a staff and lead clinician, and site manager for various physical therapy companies.
