​Physical Therapist

  • Qualified Physical Therapist with an active Florida license to complement our physical therapy team at our Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will be providing a full range of physical therapy services in a clinical setting, experience in manual therapy preferred. Their primary focus should be to restore, maintain, and promote overall health and fitness of our patients.​

Patient Accounts Specialist

  • The patient account representative will work alongside the billing team to resolve any customer billing issues and collect money on outstanding business accounts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Providing phone and email correspondence to customers encouraging payment of delinquent accounts, setting up payment plansidentifying client-billing problems. Candidates should be organized with an impeccable eye for accuracy, provide superior and professional customer relations and exhibit excellent data entry skills. Good computer skills and at least two years of experience in a similar role are preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are vital. Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday.

Front Desk (experienced)

  • Looking for an individual with a passion for helping others to join our team. Experience in the medical field is required. Accounting and/or medical billing experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Full time, immediate hire

Billing Coder

  • Must be a certified coder with a minimum of 2 years billing/coding experience in family practice, experience with Intergy preferred but not required. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. 

Phone Operator

  • Candidate should be a team player with excellent typing and multi-tasking skills. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Full-time position, immediate hire. Position Hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Medical Records

  • We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others. Must have experience with HIPAA or have experience maintaining confidentiality and privacy in a similarly situated role; strong computer skills and help foster a strong sense of teamwork. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls from other medical offices/facilities and patients who request medical records, processing a heavy volume of medical records requests from other healthcare providers on a priority basis, scanning paper records received from the clinical staff, indexing and analyzing documents for deficiencies, accurately filing electronic medical records, providing prompt and courteous service, both internally and externally. This is a full-time position with 1 year of Medical Records experience is required.

Dermatologist or Experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) - BILINGUAL

  • We are currently looking to expand and add an experienced, Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our Dermatology team! Our Dermatology office is fully equipped with an on-site CAP certified pathology lab. OFMC’s 20+ Primary Care Providers are the main referral sources; however, an abundance of additional referrals come from other outside Providers.

  • Job Summary:

    • Practices within the scope designated by supervising Physician.

    • Assess, diagnose and treat patients with common dermatological disorders.

    • Provide full body skin exams, biopsies and cryotherapy.

    • Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff to coordinate care.

    • Uphold excellent bedside manners and have the ability to create a great patient experience.

    • Ability to explain plan of care to patients and their families.

Risk Adjustment Coder

  • Full time risk adjustment coder for multispecialty practice. This is not a remote position. Must have at least 1 year experience. Knowledge of HCC"s, suspect conditions, ICD-10, quality care and HEDIS. Familiar with ACO and CIN a plus. Review charts for compliance, accuracy and coding. Validate missing coding opportunities as well as close quality care gaps, assist with phone calls, training staff and new providers on risk adjustment. Excellent benefit package.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)​

  • ​Busy multi-specialty practice looking for an individual with a passion for helping others to join our team. Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred. Candidate should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. Bilingual a plus. Full-time, immediate hire.​​

Referrals & Authorization Specialist

  • One year experience in obtaining authorizations, referrals and insurance verifications required. Billing and Coding experience is a plus but is not required. Full Time position.

Medical Scribe

  • ​The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Exposure or education with Anatomy and Physiology, Excellent typing skills, Active listening skills. This position requires charting physician-patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and supports the work flow and documentation for medical record coding. â€‹â€‹
