Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of College, Technical or Vocational School, Two years MA experience preferred, Training with Intergy/Medical Manager preferred but not required, Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.
Duties will include: Taking vitals, inputting data, preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, scheduling patients for needed tests/procedures per the provider’s orders, giving injections/vaccines, stocking and cleaning rooms, working assigned tasks via the computer program and other duties which will ensure that our patients get the proper health care. Bilingual a plus.
Phone Triage LPN/MA
Now hiring for a LPN/MA with a background in Family or Internal Medicine. Intergy experience preferred but not required. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. Exercise technician will be able to work alongside our physical therapists to restore, maintain, and promote overall health and fitness to our patients. Full-time/Part-time, immediate hire. The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: knowledge and experience with proper exercise/stretching techniques, exposure or education with anatomy and physiology, effective communicator, active listening skills, and strong multi-tasking skills. Duties will include: preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, instructing patients on exercises/stretches, cleaning rooms, preparing ice/heat/iontophoresis machines and other modalities to ensure patient’s full treatment.
Candidates will be responsible for the screening of all patients, guests, visitors, applicants and all other persons arriving to and departing from the facility according to the current COVID-19 screening requirements. Alerts leadership to potentially symptomatic individuals and restricts access per facility protocols. Maintains accurate and organized documentation and practices HIPAA compliant communication and record retention. Describes and enforces current hygiene and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols. Must be able to adapt to daily weather changes.
Applicants must be able to multi-task as well as be efficient, polished, and organized. Duties include, but are not limited to: Setting up Mohs lab daily Prepares tissue for microscopic examination including cutting, staining and mounting. Filing slides upon completion of study. Maintains appropriate quality controls, and ensures the department is operating in accordance with all standards set forth by OSHA, CLIA, CAP and other regulatory agencies. Performs maintenance and ensures integrity and functioning of laboratory equipment, to include, but not limited to cryostat, line stainer and microscope. Completes and maintains records, schedules, slides and other documentation necessary for the ongoing histology/laboratory operation of the business. Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock , placing orders and verifying receipts. Any other duties as assigned. Previous Mohs experience is preferred. Mohs technician certification preferred. EMR experience is a plus but not required.
Patient Accounts Specialist
Looking for an individual with a passion for helping others to join our team. Must have minimum 2 years billing and collection experience. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills. Full time, immediate hire.
Case Management Associate
Looking for an associate with a passion for helping others. Candidate should be proficient with Excel, have a strong knowledge of HEDIS measures, data analyzing skills, health informatics knowledge, and a strong attention to detail. Experience with Intergy EHR and quality care measures are a plus.
Billing and Medical Coding Specialist
Must be a certified coder with a minimum of 2 years billing/coding experience in family practice, experience with Intergy/Medical Manager preferred but not required. Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.
The Holter Technician is part of the overall health care team responsible for Cardiology related out-patient services. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Holter Technician or Certificate/Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular technology program. BCLS certified.
The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Excellent typing skills.
This position requires charting physician-patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and supports work flow and documentation for medical record coding.
