  • Neurologist

    • We are currently looking to expand and add a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to help establish our Neurology department. Our office is fully equipped with on-site diagnostic laboratory, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, 64 Slice CT, 1.5 Open Bore MRI and Nuclear Medicine/Stress Testing modalities. A majority of patient referrals will come from our in-house 20+ primary care providers as well as from outside providers. This position is Monday – Friday, no nights, weekends or on-call. Neurology patients will be seen in an outpatient setting. 

    • Job Summary:

      • Provide clinical Neurology care to patients in accordance with regulations.

      • Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff to coordinate care.

      • Uphold excellent bedside manners and have ability to create a great patient experience.

      • Ability to explain plan of care to patients and their families.

      • The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas, as they are a focus for the care of our patients: Movement Disorders, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, and Sleep Medicine.

    • Position Requirements:

      • Medical Professional License in the State of Florida, or willing to obtain a Florida license.

    • Located in North Central Florida, Ocala consists of beautiful communities and is known as the “Horse Capital of the World”. It is located approximately an hour away from Orlando, Tampa and beautiful Florida beaches. Nearby St. Augustine and Jacksonville are great destinations for day or weekend trips.

  • Referrals

    • One year experience in obtaining authorizations, referrals and insurance verifications required. Billing and Coding experience is a plus, but not required. Full Time position.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

    • Requirements: Minimum 1 year of College, Technical or Vocational School, Two years MA experience preferred, Training with Intergy/Medical Manager preferred but not required, Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.

    • Duties will include: Taking vitals, inputting data, preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, scheduling patients for needed tests/procedures per the provider’s orders, giving injections/vaccines, stocking and cleaning rooms, working assigned tasks via the computer program and other duties which will ensure that our patients get the proper health care. Bilingual a plus.​

  • Patient Account Representative

    • The patient account representative will work alongside the billing team to resolve any customer billing issues, and collect money on outstanding business accounts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

      • Providing phone and email correspondence to customers encouraging payment of delinquent accounts

      • Setting up payment plans

      • Identifying client-billing problems

    • Candidates should be organized with an impeccable eye for accuracy, provide superior and professional customer relations and exhibit excellent data entry skills. Good computer skills and at least two years of experience in a similar role are preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are vital.

    • Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday

  • Risk Adjustment Coder

    • Full time risk adjustment coder for multispecialty practice. This is not a remote position. Must have at least 1 year experience. Knowledge of HCC"s, suspect conditions, ICD 10, quality care and HEDIS. Familiar with ACO and CIN a plus. Review charts for compliance, accuracy and coding. Validate missing coding opportunities as well as close quality care gaps, assist with phone calls, training staff and new providers on risk adjustment. Excellent benefit package.

  • X-Ray Machine Operator or AART Radiologic Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

    • Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations and procedures. Must have applicable state licensure as required. This position requires the desire to provide excellent patient care with a strong attention to detail. Two years of experience in diagnostic imaging preferred. Experience with Intergy EHR is a plus. Full time, competitive pay and excellent benefits available. Salary DOE

  • Medical Records

    • We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others. Must have experience with HIPAA or have experience maintaining confidentiality and privacy in a similarly situated role; strong computer skills and help foster a strong sense of teamwork. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls from other medical offices/facilities and patients who request medical records, processing a heavy volume of medical records requests from other healthcare providers on a priority basis, scanning paper records received from the clinical staff, indexing and analyzing documents for deficiencies, accurately filing electronic medical records, providing prompt and courteous service, both internally and externally. This is a full-time position with 1 year of Medical Records experience is required.

  • Phone Operator

    • Candidate should be a team player with excellent typing and multi-tasking skills. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Full-time position, immediate hire. Position Hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Medical Scribe

    • The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Excellent typing skills. This position requires charting physician-patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and supports work flow and documentation for medical record coding.
