  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

    • Requirements: Minimum 1 year of College, Technical or Vocational School, Two years MA experience preferred, Training with Intergy/Medical Manager preferred but not required, Should be an effective communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.

    • Duties will include: Taking vitals, inputting data, preparing the patient to be seen by the health care provider, scheduling patients for needed tests/procedures per the provider’s orders, giving injections/vaccines, stocking and cleaning rooms, working assigned tasks via the computer program and other duties which will ensure that our patients get the proper health care. Bilingual a plus.​

  • Phone Operator

    • Candidate should be a team player with excellent typing and multi-tasking skills. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Full-time position, immediate hire. Position Hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.​

  • Computer Technician

    • Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, provides technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of computer equipment to all staff. Functions: Assist in the execution of construction projects to install computer hardware, software, wiring and equipment. Install, support, and maintain information systems and network software on a wide area network. This includes Windows workstations and laptops, MS Office and other business hardware and software. Run and terminate infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication closets. Build and maintain desktop images, deploy images and applications using multiple methodologies. Create and implement Group Policy Objects in Active Directory to manage applications and resources. Maintain printers, copiers, and other peripherals as needed. Travel to other agency locations as required. Perform off-hours maintenance as needed. Monitor and maintain agency Help Desk system. Review, analyze, and recommend new technologies, upgrades to existing technologies, and enhancements to service on an ongoing basis. Complete work orders as assigned in a professional and timely manner- Participate in on-call rotation. Attend required training, in addition to staying current with industry changes. Responsible for thoroughly understanding, complying and enforcing HIPPA rules and regulations. Perform other duties as requested by your immediate supervisor or the CEO. 

    • EDUCATION/TRAINING - High School Diploma and two years of technical experience including A+ and/or Network+ Certification or Associate Degree in Information Technology and/or demonstrated skills in the following areas: Latest version of Microsoft Windows Operating System, Knowledge of internal and external computer components, Basic networking skills, Excellent and proven communication and human relation skills, Ability to work effectively in a team context, Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner, Vehicle required: Must be safe and dependable, On-call duties as assigned.

  • Medical Scribe

    • The following skills/experiences would benefit the applicant seeking this position: Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Excellent typing skills. This position requires charting physician-patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and supports work flow and documentation for medical record coding.
