OFMC’s Imaging Department encompasses several divisions of imaging modalities, of which Bone Densitometry is included.

A Bone Densitometry test is used to determine if a patient has osteoporosis. This study can be used for early detection purposes, confirmation of osteoporosis diagnosis or to track a current treatment plan for osteoporosis. Your Primary Care provider can order your Bone Density test for you.
