Please call our office at 352-237-4133 to schedule a Telehealth appointment.

You will receive a text message or email (depending on the preference you have selected) 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment with a link that will take you to your virtual appointment. The link will come from Phreesia. You will have to answer a few security questions to confirm your identity in order to enter the appointment "room".

 

YOU CAN ALSO SEND AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST THROUGH THE PATIENT PORTAL TO REQUEST A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT. MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY TELEHEALTH IN THE MESSAGE.​
