Eduardo Cruz, M.D. and Matt Ota, PA-C make up OFMC's PM&R team! Dr. Cruz is board certified in Physical Medicine &Rehabilitation (PM&R), with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine. Matt Ota is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. They specialize in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders including ultrasound guided injections, electrodiagnostic testing and interventional spine procedures. Their goal is to improve the quality of life for their patients using the latest treatments, procedures and therapies.
