Maria Botero, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES

Maria is a bilingual Registered Dietician with a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, as well as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES); all of which give her a broad understanding of how to support people in leading healthier lives! She was born in Colombia, South America, spent 17 years in Colorado before moving to Orlando in 2017 and Ocala in 2020. Maria enjoys being out in nature, running, skiing, yoga, meditation, traveling, discovering other cultures, food, listening to books, is

a “Dog Mom” and is currently learning how to be a farmer.
